Shipping
- Ready To Ship wig orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days
- Pre Ordered wigs are processed and shipped within 7-20 business days
• Shipping times vary based on location
• Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped
• Please be sure to input the correct mailing address and info. Once your order has been shipped, we are not able to adjust the shipment address.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including address accuracy, are correct at checkout.
• YANNASTYLE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional reshipping fees.
• Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
