How it works?

 

  • Choose your wig, place your order, we prep your order, complete quality-checks, and then your order is shipped!

 

What's the difference between Pre-orders and Ready to Ship wigs?

Pre-orders are items that aren’t currently in stock but can be reserved now. Production begins once order is complete and payment is received. Once we receive the hair from our vendor, we carefully make your wig and ship it to you.

  • You can select a wig, cap size, and also choose the hair type.
  • Most pre-orders ship within 7-20 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Ready-to-ship wigs are pre-made and sold as shown. No customizations available as they are already made. Ships within 1–4 business days. 

  • You can select a wig and cap size.

 

Please carefully review each product description before purchasing, as details may vary by unit, including:

When will my order ship?

 

  • Ready-to-Ship Wigs: Once your order is placed, it will ship within 1–4 business days.
  • Pre-Order Wigs: Ship within 7–20 business days from the order date.

Pre orders need to be constructed and styled and require 7–20 days processing time.

 

How long after shipment will I receive my order?

 

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the courier and tracking number. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier once the package is scanned into their system. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and carrier, and tracking updates should be used as the most accurate source for arrival information.

 

Can I return or exchange my wig?

 

  • Ready-to-Ship Wigs: Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review all product details, sizing, and photos carefully before purchasing.
  • Pre-Order Wigs: Pre-orders can be canceled any time before production begins. (1 business day) Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted. Our standard return/exchange policy applies after your pre-order ships.

 

What size are the wigs? Will it fit me?

 

  • Small, Medium, and large wig cap sizes are available.
  • Please refer to each individual product description for specific cap size available. 
  • For the best fit, view our Cap Size Measurement Guide before ordering.
  • All wigs include an adjustable elastic band for added comfort and security.
  • If your measurement size happens to fall in between sizes, (S,M,L), we recommend sizing up for a most comfortable fit. 

 

How do I care for and maintain my wig?

 

  • If worn regularly, gently wash and detangle using a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to maintain longevity. You can also deep condition the hair regularly.
  • Always apply a heat protectant before using hot tools.
  • When detangling or brushing the hair, work gently around the lace to avoid pulling hair out and causing bald spots.
  • If using glue for extra security, ensure proper lace and glue removal techniques to prevent damage.
  • With higher quality hair (Raw), and proper care, wigs can last 3-5 years or longer.

 

Are the wigs beginner-friendly?

 

  • Yes! All wigs can be worn glue-less and come fully styled and ready to wear. 
  • They also include an adjustable elastic band for extra security.

 

 What can I expect to receive when I place an order?

 

  • You will receive the wig as described and shown in the product photos for the specific item purchased.
  • Ready-to-Ship wigs are pre-made and fully styled by Yanna and ship within the stated processing time.
  • Pre-Order wigs are custom prepared after purchase and will be made to match the style, length, and specifications listed in the product description.
  • All wigs undergo quality inspection before shipping to ensure they meet YANNASTYLE standards.

 

What determines the price of the wig? 

 

At YANNASTYLE, we provide the highest quality of human hair bundles. We want to open up accessibility to true premium quality human hair. We look to ensure that both our customers and our own team's standard's are being met. We work with trusted and reliable hair vendors, completing fair trades to be able to make these premium wigs.

True premium hair has little to no processing, bleaching, or chemical alterations done. Less split ends & less breakage.

We source, create, & provide way above the average in hair quality for our wigs, providing fuller ends, softer and newer hair, with identified origins and backgrounds.

Pricing is based on several factors, including:

 

  • Hair type and grade (Raw or Virgin hair, cuticle alignment, etc.)
  • Whether bundles are sourced from a single or multiple donors
  • Donor origin (e.g., Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam), which affects texture and coarseness
  • Hair density & the thickness of the hair from top to bottom (single drawn, double drawn, how many bundles used, etc.) 
  • Lace type and size (HD, transparent, 13x6, 5x5, etc.)
  • Hair length in inches
  • Styling details such as coloring, highlights, layers, curls, cuts, and products used

 

Are your wigs handmade?

 

  • Yes! All wigs are hand-made and styled by Yanna with quality and attention to detail.
  • We personally source highest quality hair from our trusted vendors and machine sew our wigs, ensuring they meet our standards before styling and shipping.
