Welcome to YANNASTYLE! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to YANNASTYLE. YANNASTYLE operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). YANNASTYLE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.


The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.


Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT



By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.


To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information provided is correct, current, and complete.


You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all account activity. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned.





SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS



We have made every effort to accurately display our products. However, colors, textures, lace appearance, and styling may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of hair products.


Due to the hygienic, custom, and made-to-order nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.


Minor variations in color, density, length, or styling are not considered defects.





SECTION 2A – PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS



Certain products are sold as pre-orders or made-to-order items, meaning production begins after an order is placed.


Pre-order items require 7–20 business days for production and customization before shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page. This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee.


By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:


  • Your item is not ready to ship at the time of purchase
  • Production timelines may vary due to customization, order volume, supplier availability, or holidays
  • Delays within the stated timeframe do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks



All pre-order items are final sale.





SECTION 3 – ORDERS



Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. YANNASTYLE reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are not accepted until payment is received and confirmed.


Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once placed, including pre-orders and pre-customized wigs.


Purchases are governed solely by our Refund Policy [LINK]. Pre-customized wigs and pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for items clearly stated as pre-orders or final sale. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and submission of evidence to the payment processor.





SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING



Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown at checkout are final. Taxes, shipping, customs, and import fees are not included unless stated.


You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize charges incurred.





SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY



Shipping timelines begin after production is completed.


All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. YANNASTYLE is not responsible for delays caused by production, carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.


Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. Lost or stolen packages do not qualify for refunds.





SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY



All content on this site is owned by YANNASTYLE or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Content may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent.





SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS



Third-party tools are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party tools.





SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS



We are not responsible for third-party content or websites. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.





SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY



YANNASTYLE is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and YANNASTYLE. You release Shopify from claims arising from purchases.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK



By submitting feedback, you grant YANNASTYLE a perpetual license to use it for any purpose without compensation.

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders resulting from inaccuracies.
