No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges – Pre-Orders & Pre-Customized Wigs Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, made-to-order, and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
This includes pre-orders and pre-customized wigs.
Pre-Order Policy & Processing Time
Pre-order items are wigs that are made to order.
- Pre-orders require 7–20 business days for customization and production
- This timeframe does not include shipping time
- Production times are estimates and may vary slightly due to order volume, holidays, or supplier delays
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the processing timeframe.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping begins after the 7–20 business day production period is complete
- Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed under any circumstances.
This includes:
- Pre-orders
- Pre-customized wigs
- Orders currently in production
Pre-Customized Wig Policy
Once a wig has been pre-customized (including but not limited to cutting, coloring, styling, bleaching knots, plucking, or lace alterations), it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We strongly encourage customers to:
- Carefully review all product descriptions, photos, sizing details, and customization options
- Contact us before purchasing with any questions to ensure the wig meets expectations
Placing an order confirms that you have reviewed and accepted all details.
Quality Assurance
Every wig is thoroughly inspected and quality-checked prior to shipment.
Minor variations are normal due to the handcrafted customization process and do not qualify as defects.
Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)
An issue will only be considered if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The item arrived with a manufacturing defect (not caused by wear, styling, or handling)
Requirements:
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos and original packaging are required
- Approval is not guaranteed
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree to these policies.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.
