Shipping Policy – YANNASTYLE
Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment is successfully received.

Ready-to-Ship (Pre-Customized) Wigs: Processing time is 1–4 business days.
(Includes final inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment.) -
Pre-Order Wigs: Processing time is 7–20 business days before shipping.
(Includes receiving hair from our vendor, wig creation, final inspection, and packaging.)
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Shipping times vary based on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only.
- YANNASTYLE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are flat rates based on your shipping zone:
- The rate for each region is displayed at checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Example (for reference, display actual rates in Shopify checkout):
- Canada = $12
- USA = $20
- International = $35
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
YANNASTYLE is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Packages returned to sender due to address errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
YANNASTYLE is not liable for packages that are:
- Marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
- Lost, stolen, or delayed while in transit
Customers are responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier. We will provide tracking information to assist with the claim process.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
YANNASTYLE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged package and product
Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Final Sale Notice
- All Ready-to-Ship (Pre-Customized) Wigs are final sale.
- Pre-Order Wigs are also considered final sale once production begins.
- Shipping issues do not qualify an order for a return or exchange.
